Upon termination for legitimate breach or fraudulent activity, any balance in the Account — including winings — may be forfeited. Upon termination for operational reasons where no breach has occurred, suka2 will return the real-money balance to the User via their most recently used withdrawal method.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact suka2 support. All outstanding wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules, and verified real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which suka2 is registered and licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between you and suka2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with the suka2 Customer Support team. suka2 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
